I'm trying to use this time in the winter to expand my creativity and really learn more about working within the modeling world. It's exciting for me because in the 18 years that I've been a photographer, I have never even attempted to do sessions like that. I'm hoping to get to a point where I can offer my services to models looking to expand their portfolios and anything else that branches off from it. I also hope that working with models who let me really use my imagination on new posing concepts, it will carry over into my wedding portion of my business and really step up my game. At this point last year I was just taking a break from shooting weddings and enjoying the downtime. This year, I'm too anxious to just sit around and I really feel like if I'm not shooting , that I'm just wasting my time.
